Open Windows Live Mail. Click on Accounts then select Email. Enter your Prairie email address in the Email Address field. In the password field enter the password that we gave you. Make sure email and Password information are in all small letters with no spaces. Checkmark remember this password. Display name is your own preference. Checkmark manually configure server settings. Click Next.  *All information is entered with all small letters, no spaces.* Incoming server information Server type: POP Server Address: mail.prairie.ca Port: 110 Authenticate using: Clear text Logon user name: *your Prairie username* Outgoing server information Server Address: mail.prairie.ca Port: 25 Double check prairie spelling, P-R-A-I-R-I-E. Click Next. 
Click Finish.
