Look on your desktop for Outlook Express. Do you see it? Then double click on it.

Once Outlook Express opens, at the top of the screen click on Tools then choose Accounts


In the Accounts window, click the new button to add a new e-mail account.  

In the Account Type drop down menu, select POP, then click Ok

You will now have a screen called edit account, in here you will need to enter some imporant information to make your email work. Where it says account name, fill in your name or what ever you would like to show on mail that you send to friends and family.  Your email address ends is your This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it the account ID is the first part of your email address which is your username. The Pop server is mail.prairie.ca make sure to put a check mark beside save password, the in the box provided type in the password that was given to you when you created your account. If you do not know or remeber your password call our helpdesk at 1-866-985-5500.  And finaly for SMTP server, type mail.prairie.ca in again then click ok, your email is now ready to go.
